The Unity Package is our base package. This is just a starting point for us to begin a conversation about your specific wedding day needs. To this package, we can add as many additional hours as you need to expertly cover all of your wedding day plans. Planning your wedding is a journey. A journey that begins when you say yes or you ask, will you for the rest of your life. Don't leave the journey to chance. When you imagine the hands of your mother as she lovingly brushes the tears of joy from your face on your wedding or you think for a moment of your father as you cling to his arm that day; are those not the moments you know you will treasure? Then allow yourself to imagine those first minutes after you've been pronounced husband and wife. So precious and fleeting are those moments; that they must be captured so that you can relive the journey for years to come.
It is my philosophy that a wedding can not be captured photographically in any one way or with any one style of photography. A wedding photographer must be well versed in not only a variety of styles but also in the techniques and skills of each style of photography. Your wedding will afford many photography opportunities throughout the day and in the course of just a few hours, we will go from traditional portraiture to photo-journalism, to editorial to candid. It's my belief that the only way to expertly capture your wedding memories is to have the ability to seamlessly flow between these styles.
Our motto is Candid, Spontaneous, and Timeless Wedding Day Photography with a wonderful mix of documentary, photojournalism, and traditional portraiture that captures the nuance, detail, and emotion of your wedding day. The combination of styles, works wonderfully together to create a beautiful representation of your wedding in stunning images and creative detail.
Photoplay Photography serves all of North Carolina and South Carolina including Greensboro, Raleigh, Hickory, Winston Salem, Asheville, Hilton Head, Outer Banks, Columbia, and Charleston, SC. We are available for travel as well and enjoy traveling to destinations that intrigue and challenge us! If you are planning a destination wedding, ensure first of all that hiring an outside photographer is welcome. Sandals Beach Resorts for example welcomes us but there is often a fee involved for off-sight photographers.
